Refund & Return Policy
Cancellations are done on a per request basis, if Customer Support is able to catch the order before it processes (before 24 hours), it will be cancelled. The cancellation fee is 5% of the order total. If the order has been processed before the cancellation request was able to be processed the order can no longer be cancelled and is now subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Refund & Return Policy.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can email us your query or problem within 30 days of delivery, and we will see what best can we do to make you happy.
Note: We DO NOT accept refunds and returns if we are unable to find and conclude that it was a mistake from our end. If you provided the wrong details while ordering then we won't be able to refund or return in that case as it's a custom made product and it cannot be reused.
If we allow you to return then we will send you our shipping address and once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No Restocking Fee
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
